Islamiya ITI: Career-Oriented Program

Established in 1989, Islamiya ITI has been committed to providing career-oriented education through practical and technical training. Our aim is to equip students with real-world skills that open doors to immediate employment, self-employment, or higher studies. Over the years, we have developed programs like Diesel Mechanic and COPA (Computer Operator and Programming Assistant), addressing both industrial and digital skill demands.

Each course is delivered through structured hands-on training under the guidance of experienced instructors. We emphasize discipline, work ethics, and industry readiness, ensuring students leave not just with a certificate—but with the confidence to build a future. Islamiya ITI continues to be a trusted path for students seeking a skilled, secure, and self-reliant career.

Diesel Mechanic Course (Started in 1989)

In 1989, Islamiya Education Institutions took a major step toward vocational education by launching the Diesel Mechanic Course under its ITI wing. This program was designed to meet the rising demand for skilled mechanical technicians in the automobile and industrial sectors. Students are trained in engine diagnostics, maintenance, overhauling, and repair of diesel engines and heavy vehicles. The course blends theoretical knowledge with hands-on workshop experience, preparing students for real-world mechanical work. With dedicated instructors and industry-relevant training, our Diesel Mechanic course continues to empower youth with practical skills and career opportunities in the growing field of automotive and machinery repair.

COPA (Computer Operator and Programming Assistant) – Started in 1994

To stay ahead in the digital era, Islamiya ITI introduced the COPA Course in 1994. This one-year program is tailored for students seeking foundational skills in computer operations and programming. The curriculum includes training in MS Office, internet usage, data entry, basic programming, and software tools commonly used in business and administrative settings. The course prepares students for roles such as office assistants, data entry operators, and junior programmers. Through practical computer lab sessions and guided instruction, we aim to build digital confidence and employability. Our COPA graduates often go on to secure jobs or pursue advanced courses in the IT field.

Practical Training & Workshop Facilities:

At Islamiya ITI, we prioritize practical learning to prepare students for real-world careers. Our Diesel Mechanic workshop is fully equipped with working engines, tools, and diagnostic equipment, allowing students to gain hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance, repair, and system testing.
The COPA lab offers students access to modern computers, networking setups, and essential software tools used in today's offices and industries. Students learn typing, data entry, basic programming, internet usage, and essential IT operations through guided lab sessions.
Each workshop session is supervised by trained instructors who focus on safety, precision, and skill development. Our structured practical training builds confidence, technical expertise, and job readiness. Whether a student aims for employment or self-employment, our facilities provide the foundation they need to succeed in the modern workforce.

Head Of Dept. & Staff:

At the heart of Islamiya ITI's success is the dedication and leadership of Sutkatti Sir, the Head of Department. With years of experience in technical education and vocational training, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the institute's academic standards and practical learning environment. Known for his disciplined approach, student-friendly attitude, and deep subject knowledge, Sutkatti Sir ensures that each course is delivered with precision, clarity, and real-world application.
Under his guidance, the staff team works collaboratively to maintain high teaching standards, provide individual attention to students, and create a supportive learning atmosphere. From classroom sessions to workshop supervision, our faculty is committed to building both skills and character in every student. The dedication of the trainers continues to inspire students to excel not just technically, but also professionally and ethically.

Placement & Career Support

At Islamiya ITI, our responsibility doesn't end with training—we prepare our students for successful careers. We offer placement guidance to help students explore job opportunities in relevant industries. Over the years, many of our students have secured positions in workshops, service centers, IT firms, and private companies through our network of local employers and industry contacts.
We also provide career counseling, resume preparation, and interview skills sessions to boost student confidence. For those interested in self-employment, we guide them on how to start small-scale services or freelance work, especially in trades like Diesel Mechanics and IT-based skills from the COPA course.
Our goal is to ensure every student leaves Islamiya ITI not just with technical knowledge—but with a clear direction and confidence to step into the workforce.

Industrial Visits & Guest Lectures

To bridge classroom learning with real-world industry experience, we organize industrial visits to workshops, service stations, IT companies, and manufacturing units. These visits expose students to workplace environments, operations, and expectations. We also conduct guest lectures by industry professionals, alumni, and technical experts who share practical knowledge, career tips, and insights into current trends. These sessions inspire our students, build awareness, and prepare them to meet industry standards with confidence.
